Site Clearing Commences
Following the Ground Breaking Ceremony, the State Government proceeded with site clearing works.
Landworks Progressing As Scheduled
Upon completion of site clearing works, soil improvement efforts followed. The process involved the laying of a geotextile layer, sand bedding, installation of perforated vertical drains (PVDs), surcharging and finally the removal of the said surcharge.
Building Works Take Off
The appointed developer, Builtech Project Management Sdn Bhd commenced building works on 26 December 2013. Excavation for pile caps and piling activities are currently ongoing at project site.
